Most journaling assumes you're one person. This system assumes you're a council — and tracks which voice is speaking, which is winning, and whether they're at war or aligned.
Morning (5 min): What does each voice want/observe/question today?
Evening (10 min): What happened? How did each voice read it? Who won?
Weekly (30 min): Which voice dominated? What patterns emerged?
